Sheikh Ahmad Jibril
His Biography Sheikh Ahmad Jibril was born in the United States, and spent part of his childhood in the city of Madina in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia when his father, Sheikh Musa Jibril, was a student at the Islamic University of Madina. It was there where Sheikh Ahmad also became Hafidh al Qur’an at the age of 11. Sheikh Ahmad then spent the rest of his younger years back in the United States graduating from high school in 1989. Thereafter, he studied at the Islamic University of Madina as his father did, and graduated with a degree in the Shari’a. He returned to the United States and finished his JD/LLM (masters of law) degree from Michigan law schools. May Allah (azza wajal) reward him and his family. Ameen.
Sheikh Abu Adnan
His Biography Sheikh Abu Adnan is a descendent of the noble family of Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wassallam. He is originally from Lebanon and currently residing in Sydney, Australia. Sheikh Abu Adnan has an ijaaza in the Quran. He has a Bachelor’s degree in ‘Islamic Studies and the Arabic Language’, graduating with a high distinction. He has also completed a Masters in ‘Islamic Judicature and Political Theory’ at The AlMedinah International University, also graduating with a high distinction (GPA of 3.9/4). Sheikh Abu Adnan is the Principal of the Al-Badr Islamic Institute (www.abii.com.au) in Chester Hill and the Khateeb at Masjid Imam Ahmad in Liverpool. He also helped set up the Islamic College of Australia. As well as playing a lead role within the Sydney Muslim community he is heavily involved in presenting informative lectures on a regular basis to a variety of audiences in different mosques. His Biography Shaykh Khalid Yasin, a former Christian, is the Executive Director of the Islamic Teaching Institute (ITI); a premier organisation dedicated to the work of Dawah. He has studied the Arabic language in Madina, Saudi Arabia and Cairo, Egypt and has had many mentors and teachers who tutored him in Fiqh us-Sunnah, Fiqh us-Seerah, Islamic History and the memorisation and recitation of the Holy Qur’an. In the past ten years, the ITI has delivered more than 5000 persons to Islam and an additional 1,476 since the September 11 Attacks. Shaykh Khalid Yasin delivered a lecture in Saudi Arabia in 1994 titled “The Purpose of Life”, which resulted in 43 persons accepting Islam on that very night. Khalid Yasin constantly tours the world delivering lectures aimed at removing distortions about Islam and Muslims, conducting Dawah Training Courses, and providing new Muslims with a specially designed Islamic Training Program. Sheikh Moutasem Al-Hameedi
His Biography Moutasem Al-Hameedi has studied under the prominent students of Sheikh al-Albaani, including Sheikh Mashhoor Hasan (Hadeeth and Usool al-Fiqh), Sheikh Hussain al-Awaaysha (Fiqh and Manners), Shekih Abu Suhaib (Imaam at Wise Islamic Centre in the UK), Sheikh Ayman as-Saadiq (Arabic grammar and morphology) and Dr. Malik Sha’ban (Aqeedah, Tafseer). His works in Da’wa include being an Imaam and lecturer at Ibn Taymiyyah Mosque (London, UK),being an Imaam and lecturer at Call to Islam Islamic Center (Luton, UK), lecturing at British universities and schools on Islam and hosting TV shows and lecture series on Huda TV.
Mufti Ismail Menk
About Mufti Menk Ismail Musa Menk was born in Harare, Zimbabwe. He was tutored by his father who is a well known scholar and Da’ee. He completed his Hifz and recitation courses at an early age and learnt the Arabic and Urdu languages whilst studying Shariah under his father. At the same time he attended an Academic College in Harare where he completed his secondary secular education. He then attained a degree in Shariah from the University of Madinah and later specialized in Iftaa at Darul Uloom Kantharia in Gujarat.
Sheikh Ahmed Deedat
His Biography and Achievements Sheikh Ahmed Hoosen Deedat was Born on the 01 July 1918 in the Surat district of India in 1918. His father emigrated to South Africa in 1927 with him. After reading a book called Izharul Haq – The Truth revealed, a book about a debate with Christian Missionaries in the then British India, Sheikh Deedat was spurred on in the direction of Dawah – Islamic Missionary Activity to halt the tide of the then Christian onslaught against Islam. Nouman Ali Khan
His Biography and Achievements Nouman Khan began his formal Arabic training during his childhood schooling in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He continued his Arabic grammar study in Pakistan, where he received a scholarship for ranking among the top 10 scores in the national Arabic studies board examination. Under the guidance of Dr. Abdus-Samie, founder and formal principal of Quran College in Faisalabad, Pakistan, he developed a keen methodical understanding of Arabic grammar. He further benefited from Dr. Abdus-Samie by internalizing his unique teaching methods and later translating his work into English for the benefit of his own students. Nouman currently serves as professor of Arabic at Nassau Community College and has taught Modern Standard and Classical Arabic at various venues for nearly 6 years with over 700 students. His Biography | Islamic Studies Ustadh Muhammad Al-Bizry’s passion and enthusiasm for knowledge began in 2003 where he studied at the hands of local teachers and mashaayekh in Sydney. Dr Israr Ahmed
About Dr Israr Ahmed (Rahmatullah Alehe) Dr Israr Ahmed was a Pakistani Islamic theologian, philosopher, and Islamic scholar who was followed particularly in South Asia as well as by South Asian Muslims in the Middle East, Western Europe, and North America. He was the founder of Tanzeem-e-Islami, an offshoot of the Jamaat-e-Islami. He wrote about sixty books about Islam and Pakistan. As of 2017, twenty nine books have been translated into several other languages, including in English. Dr. Ahmed died of cardiac arrest at his home in Lahore (Pakistan) on the morning of 14 April 2010 at the age of 78. May Allah accept his efforts and grant him Jannah Al-Firdous. A’meen.

Her Biography: Dr. Farhat Hashmi is an Islamic scholar from Pakistan, with a masters degree in Arabic and a PhD in Islamic Studies. She was formerly a lecturer and assistant professor at the Faculty of Usul-al-Din at International Islamic University, Islamabad. She taught at the International Islamic University Islamabad, while also conducting informal religious study circles for women in Islamabad. She resigned from her post at the university to pursue her mission of establishing a center of Islamic learning, particularly catering to women. Al-Huda International is a chain of centers that cater towards the promotion of Qur’anic knowledge for the common women. Founder of Al-Huda International: Dr. Hashmi established the first center of her institution “Al-Huda International” in a building in downtown Islamabad.
